International plein airs in St. Petersburg

Where, if not in St. Petersburg, the city of artists and poets, to create masterpieces among the diversity of architecture and creative thought. As part of the St. Petersburg Art Week, international plein airs will be held in several picturesque locations of St. Petersburg, with the participation of foreign colleagues.

Under the guidance of professional artists, we will paint pictures in different genres and directions for 3 hours. Anyone, taking a brush or pencil in hand, will be able to create their first masterpieces, try new painting techniques, discover their hidden talents and capabilities. We are sure that the nature of St. Petersburg will be able to give birth to poetic moods in the soul, and the creative principle that lives in every person will find a way to break out and express itself in something beautiful, exciting, significant. Anyone who is not indifferent to art can join us at any time. We will create an atmosphere of warm communication, lively creativity and genuine interest.

Rules for participation in the open air

Procedure for holding the plein air:

Registration.

Each potential participant of the "City Plein Air of St. Petersburg" must register at the venue of the exhibition "St. Petersburg Art Week" at 38 Bolshaya Morskaya St. (Big Exhibition Hall of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists) and receive a badge with a registration number.

Gathering in groups.

The "City Plein Air of St. Petersburg" is a series of master classes from professional artists. Guided by the schedule of these master classes, participants form groups and, in an organized manner, together with the leader of the master class, go to the Admiralty Garden, the venue of the plein air. It is also possible to independently join an already started plein air, in this case minors must be accompanied by adults.

Receiving a certificate.

Upon completion of the landscape painting, the plein air participant must inform the organizers of the exhibition "St. Petersburg Art Week" at 38 Bolshaya Morskaya St. of the completion time, take a photo of themselves and receive a certificate of participation in the "City Plein Air of St. Petersburg".
